Why was Ghost Stories that bad?

I meant the dub, it was like really bad...

From what oral tradition says :

English localization by ADV has been given very next-to-none constrain from Fuji TV so they go absolutely wild with initial script.

ADV director also don't give a darn in dubbing process so VA trolled him. Turned out he loved this trolled dub thus the Ghost Stories(ADV dub). also that certain ADV guy tried to commission 2nd season
