Account Guard

Account Guard (or Two-factor/Multi-factor Authentication) is system to help protect account.

Enable Account Guard via e-mail

You will get code via e-mail or phone number or connect with Facebook/Google account if you previously linked.

How to get code from E-mail

1. Click 'Code from E-mail', the system will send you an E-mail
2. Click link in the E-mail, the system will show you a Code

Enable Account Guard via App

1. Install App for Account Guard, select from below if you don't have one
2. Go to Setting > Security and click Setup Account Guard via App
3. System will show Recovery Code, please write down this code as system will ask agian later
4. Open App for Account Guard and scan QR-code, App will start to generate code, type this code to confirm
5. Type your Recovery Code from step 3 to confirm setup (need to include 'R' at start for example: R12312312)
Next time system ask for Account Guard code you can get from this app.
Note: you can't enable both e-mail and app at the same time.

If you no-longer has access to App for Account Guard

Contact us via E-mail with subject Account Guard Unlock: follow by your username, and explain your reason in e-mail body. your e-mail need to match e-mail within account. after that we'll sent you a code to unlock Account Guard
