Question about having cats IRL

Uhhh, If you guys ever had a cat or a kitten as your pet IRL, what would it be? A cat or a kitten? (Or at least, a dog or a puppy other than cats and kittens, in this case)

I perfer like cat because they keep my legs warm when I let them sleep on my legs.

I think I should raise a dog. Because it doesn't jump all over the room. haha

Also, the reason why I wanted to include dogs and puppies involved in this because they're like cats and kittens
