simply its a "1 hit wonder" deal, you only have 1 chance, each time the number changes it goes to a different ID. this is the same for every number in the whole game (this is also the reason the performance of the game is so shit. its like running a new game every time you do something)
so every time your money changes, save and rune the number in cheat-engine.
if you have more than 15 entries get more money and try again.
once you get 15 entries:
1. SAVE.
2. copy all to the bottom box.
3. slowly edit the values (from the bottom upwards) to the required number, sor instance if you are changing money use 9999999 (or something)
4. one of them should change the in game number.
5. once you find the number that changes it, change all the other values back to the original number.
be warned this can cause crashes (that's why i tell you to save so much...) BUT its the easiest and fastest way to do i
