According to the increase in foreigner, we have to increase our
database servers to support the new users. We really appreciate that
more foreigners took a liking in our website but no more than
10 foreigners that actually donated to our website, there are even
some toxic foreigner users that PM to me for no reason.
Our method to this situation is to block permission to access our website
if there is no new donation from a foreigners within this month.
We really don't want to do this at all but we really have to.
