I opened image manager to change my pfp, but why can't I upload images in the manager here, in posts? It's not working because it never gets uploaded and is just forever gonna keep uploading..

I'll try looking into uploading photo and stuff later since its been a while for me.
but if i understand your problem is that you can upload the photo in image manager. But you just can't use it in post? I have a similar issue before but not the same case as you.
My case was like i can upload in the post but if i ever delete the images that i use for post in photo management. The images for the post will not shown (idk if i just don't know how to use it or what but yea)
1) The maximum file size per upload is 5 MB
2) Not have enough account storage (Check upper-right on the uploading screen)
